Avignonesi

Avignonesi’s vineyards lie in Montepulciano and Cortona and supply the grapes for its wines. Virginie Saverys bought the property in 2009 and redirected it toward organic and biodynamic farming.

The entire estate has been certified organic since the 2016 vintage, and its wines have been certified biodynamic under Biodyvin since the 2019 harvest. The estate makes its own compost and combines winegrowing with food crops, bees, olive trees and sheep.
