Cyprien Arlaud 2023 Scritch Bourgogne Aligoté
French White
White fruit, pear and fresh vegetal notes meet delicate oak and mineral character. The palate is round and full, with freshness, mineral tension and a long, spicy, saline finish. Aligoté comes from 45-year-old vines on calcareous soils and is harvested by hand. Whole clusters are pressed slowly, fermentation occurs spontaneously in stainless steel, and the wine remains in steel for maturation.
Cyprien Arlaud 2022 Scritch Bourgogne Chardonnay
French White
A pale yellow colour with silver reflections accompanies white flowers, fresh citrus and a mineral note. The dry white is lively and tense, with freshness and a saline, persistent finish. Chardonnay is the sole variety, and the finished wine carries thirteen percent alcohol. The certified-organic cuvée belongs to a white-wine range vinified in Morey-Saint-Denis from carefully sourced Burgundy fruit.

French Red
Fresh summer berries lead, joined by light pepper and warm earth. The palate is lively and bright, with clear red fruit carried by moderate tannins and a gently savoury frame. Subtle spice and woodland detail add depth without weighing down the fruit. It finishes poised and energetic, leaving berry freshness, fine tannin and a quiet earthy note.

Peach, lemon and crisp orchard fruit lead, with chamomile, honey and fresh hazelnut adding quiet complexity. The palate is medium-bodied and rounded, carrying a juicy citrus core through lively acidity to a clear mineral finish.
