Anselmi began in Monteforte d’Alpone in 1948 as Almerino Anselmi’s bottling and wine-trading cellar. In 1975, his son Roberto returned from university and redirected the business toward vineyards of its own, first leasing and then buying high hillside parcels suited to white grapes.

Pineapple, papaya and pear lead, followed by orange blossom, sage and chamomile. The palate is smooth and velvety, balancing ripe apple and mango with a fresh mineral line. Generous but composed, it works well as an aperitif or with seafood pasta, roast chicken and grilled vegetables.
