Anna Spinato’s Veneto winery traces its beginnings to 1952, when Pietro Spinato began making wine beside the Piave. Anna grew up around the cellar, vineyards and wine deliveries to Venice. Winemaking decisions change by vintage and lot, guided by tasting and analysis rather than a fixed recipe.
