Dried fruit and caramel open with dark chocolate, vanilla and warm baking spice. The palate is rounded and full, layering rich sweetness with charred oak and a lightly roasted edge. Time in bourbon barrels gives the spirit depth without obscuring its fruit. The finish is long and gently warming, leaving vanilla bean, cocoa, dried fruit and measured oak.
