Ampersand Distilling Company opened in 2014 on a five-acre farm in British Columbia’s Cowichan Valley. The family-founded operation brought together complementary skills: Jeremy and Stephen designed and built the stills, while Jeremy and Jessica developed the recipe for Ampersand Gin. Even the name reflects that collaborative idea, joining science with art and ingredients with technique.
Ampersand Gin combines British Columbia-grown wheat with seven cultivated or wild-harvested botanicals and spring water from the property.

Canadian Vodka
British Columbia-grown wheat gives this vodka a clear grain character, gentle sweetness and a creamy, rounded mouthfeel. Milling, fermentation and distillation are handled by the producer before the spirit is brought to proof with spring water, preserving a sense of body without heaviness. The palate is smooth and composed, with soft cereal notes carrying into a clean finish. Serve well chilled or over ice, or use in a Martini and other spirit-forward cocktails where texture matters.

Juniper leads a bright, classic profile, supported by lemon peel, coriander, angelica and a subtle evergreen note. The palate is crisp and dry, with citrus freshness, piney depth and an earthy spice that carries through a clean finish. Distilled from British Columbia-grown wheat with local spring water and seven botanicals, it works neatly in a Martini or tonic.
