Caramel, vanilla and lightly toasted oak lead the nose, followed by black cherry and warm spice. The palate is rounded and smooth, layering crème brûlée, dark plum, blackberry and cocoa over a classic low-rye bourbon core. Initial maturation in new charred American oak builds sweetness and structure before an extended finish in Napa Cabernet Sauvignon barrels adds dark-fruit depth and a subtle vinous dryness. The finish is warming and balanced, with cherry, toast and spice lingering. Serve neat or in an Old Fashioned.
