AboutAdega Ponte da Barca
Adega Ponte da Barca was provisionally formed in 1963 and began operating in 1968. Its growers work across the Lima, Vade and Vez valleys in northwestern Portugal, among sandy soils, granite outcrops and Atlantic breezes. The cooperative makes white, rosé and red Vinho Verde, as well as sparkling wines and spirits, with Loureiro and Vinhão important to its range.
Adega Ponte da Barca Pardalito Vinho Verde
Portuguese White
Ripe green apple, citrus and Sicilian lemon meet a floral note, white-fleshed fruit and refreshing acidity. The finish is citrus-led, fresh and lightly spritzy. Arinto, Loureiro and Trajadura form the blend. This dry non-vintage white comes from Vinho Verde in northwestern Portugal, carries nine and a half percent alcohol and is matured in stainless-steel tanks.
