AboutAdami
Adami’s modern story begins in 1920, when Abele Adami bought the amphitheatre-shaped Vigneto Giardino at Colbertaldo after the First World War. In 1933, Riva Giardino Asciutto appeared at Siena’s national wine exhibition as an early commercial single-vineyard Prosecco. The family business now includes the fourth generation, with Fabrizio, Claudio and Cristina active alongside Armando and Franco.
Across roughly 34 vineyards or micro-areas, Adami vinifies sites separately before building blends or selecting vineyard-designated wines. Second fermentations are scheduled in separate batches through the year to preserve freshness.
Adami NV Garbèl Brut Prosecco 375 mL
Green apple, yellow peach and fresh citrus lead a bright, youthful nose, with white flowers adding a delicate aromatic lift. Fine, persistent bubbles carry a silky, full-flavoured palate, while brisk acidity keeps the fruit crisp and harmonious through the clean, dry finish. A polished aperitif, it also suits delicate seafood, mild cheeses or light canapés.
