Clean and full-bodied, with a subtle winter-wheat character and a smooth, composed texture. Gentle grain sweetness is joined by faint dried-fruit and white-pepper notes before a crisp, dry finish. Produced in Åhus from Swedish winter wheat and deep-well water, it works equally well served freezer-cold or used as a precise base for a Martini, Vodka Soda or citrus-led cocktail.
