Structured blackberry and cassis and a measured oak note give it considerable depth. The palate is dark-fruited and composed, with enough depth for grilled red meat, hearty pasta or aged cheese. Firm but approachable through the finish, it also works well on its own after a little time in the glass.

A supple Malbec with blackberry, blueberry and dark plum, followed by vanilla and gentle baking spice. The palate is medium-bodied and velvety, with ripe tannins and well-judged acidity keeping the fruit balanced. Smooth and persistent on the finish, it is an easy fit with grilled beef, empanadas, roasted vegetables or a firm, savoury cheese.
