The blend uses Tempranillo, Tempranillo Blanco, Mazuelo and Viura. Red Tempranillo receives a short maceration before the juice is drawn off, while Tempranillo Blanco and Mazuelo are pressed directly. Fermentation runs between fifteen and eighteen degrees Celsius, followed by several months on lees with periodic bâtonnage.
