Le Coste 2016 Vigna Le Coste Bianco

Italian White
$55.99

Procanico makes up sixty percent of the blend, with Malvasia di Candia, Malvasia Toscana, Vermentino and smaller amounts of older local varieties. The vines were fourteen years old and planted at high density on a steep east-facing site at 470 metres, over volcanic soil. The grapes were destemmed and placed in wooden vats. After fermentation, the wine spent about two years in 10- and 15-hectolitre barrels. No additives were used.

Le Coste 2024 Litrozzo Bianco 1 L

Italian White
$53.99

Very fresh and fragrant, with floral aromas opening into ripe pineapple and bright citrus. The palate is driven by pronounced acidity, giving the wine an energetic, easy-drinking shape while carrying the fruit cleanly through. Its finish returns to the same floral, tropical and citrus notes found on the nose, creating a coherent, lively profile with both immediate charm and a crisp, focused sense of refreshment.

Le Coste 2013 Paino Bianco Procanico

Italian White
$129.99

Deep amber-gold in colour, with dried apricot, quince, crushed flint and a faint note of volcanic ash. The palate is full and textural, bringing ripe pear, chamomile, salted almond and honeycomb into focus. Bright acidity cuts through the breadth while firm, grippy tannins provide shape. The finish is persistent and mineral, retaining savoury tension and a clear imprint of its volcanic setting.

Le Coste 2011 Bomb’Bulle Sparkling White

Italian Sparkling
$75.99

A delicate bead lifts bright citrus, sea-salt freshness and warm spice. The palate is light and energetic, with brisk acidity carrying lemon peel and a gently savoury, herbal edge. Fine bubbles keep the texture nimble, while the mineral, lightly oxidative finish remains dry, vivid and refreshingly unconventional.
