Fine, steady bubbles carry Granny Smith apple, melon and chamomile in this bright, light-bodied Prosecco. Tangy citrus appears with a clean Extra Dry sweetness. The blend combines Glera with Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Grigio. Sparkling takes place in steel autoclaves using the Charmat method, and the wine has 11 percent alcohol with 15 to 17 grams per litre of residual sugar.

The blend is sixty percent Pinot Bianco, thirty percent Chardonnay and ten percent Sauvignon Blanc. It contains thirteen-and-a-half percent alcohol and matures in stainless steel and large wood.
