Muscat of Spina

Vineyards at five hundred metres produce a dry white with rose-petal florals, fleshy citrus aromas, herbal hints, vibrant acidity and an intense mouthfeel. Its aromatic profile suits spicy dishes, savoury pies, risotto and pasta in white sauces. The estate presents Muscat of Spina as one of the queens of Crete’s native grape varieties, and the exact release carries 13 percent alcohol and 1.87 grams per litre of residual sugar.
