Dates, chestnut and dried apricot lead a concentrated aroma, joined by candied orange and chestnut honey. The palate is enveloping and persistent, with generous sweetness, warm spice and fine tannins bringing shape to the finish. Rich but composed, it pairs naturally with aged cheese, almond pastries or savoury biscuits.
