Roscato Rosé Dolce
Italian Rosé
Bright red berries and a light cotton-candy note lead this sweet Italian rosé, while a gentle sparkle keeps the palate lively. The fruit-forward style is soft and approachable, with freshness balancing the sweetness through the finish. Pour it well chilled as an aperitif, or serve with creamy macaroni and cheese, berry desserts, cupcakes or other lightly sweet dishes.
Sigurd 2022 Red Blend
Australian Red
Dark plum, raspberry, blueberry and tender dark fruit meet forest-floor character and cinnamon. The palate is fresh and savoury, with crisp fruit, soft tannins and bright acidity. The blend brings together Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre and Lagrein. Indigenous yeasts and carbonic maceration are used, and the wine is made with minimal intervention and very little added sulphur.

Wildman Wines 2022 Piggy Pop Pét-Nat 1.5 L Magnum
Australian Sparkling
Cranberry-pink colour accompanies red cherry, cherry pit and glacé cherry. Pomegranate, blood orange and spice sit with a savoury amaro twist of raspberry and salted liquorice. The bubbles are persistent, soft and foamy, with mouthwatering freshness. Mataro, Lagrein, Arneis, Nero d'Avola and Zibibbo form the blend, which completes fermentation in bottle at a final pressure of about three bars.
