L’Acadie Blanc

Estate-grown L’Acadie Blanc is made as a traditional-method sparkling wine in the Fraser Valley. The fruit is harvested at lower ripeness to retain acidity and lower alcohol. The bottles spend at least eighteen months on their lees before disgorging and corking. This early-ripening white variety comes from sandy-loam vineyards and is well suited to sparkling production in the region.
