Cesanese

Blueberry, tobacco, leather, dark fruit, earth and mushroom appear in this red. Made entirely from Cesanese, it draws on several plots of forty-five- to sixty-year-old vines growing on red clay between 340 and 400 metres. The wine is made in stainless steel, remains there for at least one year before bottling, and is unfined and unfiltered.
