Ansonica

Orange blossom and jasmine rise from the glass, followed by dried apricot and a clear coastal note of sea salt and crushed stone. The palate is gently textural, with citrus, orchard fruit and savoury mineral detail held by fresh acidity. A quietly distinctive white for shellfish, grilled vegetables or young pecorino.
