Ancellotta

Deep ruby and gently sparkling, this dry Lambrusco opens with blackberry, black cherry, wild berries and a subtle violet note. The palate is soft and rounded, with a velvety texture, fresh acidity and a lingering fruit-driven finish. Produced in Emilia from Lambrusco Salamino and Ancellotta using the Charmat method, it works well with grilled meats, vegetables, rice salads and classic regional dishes.
