Intense golden colour shows yellow tones, with apricot, honey and citrus aromas. The white has good structure, freshness and acidity. It is made entirely from Petit Manseng grown at Las Violetas in Canelones. Selected bunches are harvested by hand, then destemmed and crushed. Fermentation takes place in three-hundred-litre French oak barrels, followed by ten months in the same barrels with bâtonnage.

The finish is long and focused, carrying dark fruit, spice and stony savoury depth with polished tension.
