The palate is light and enveloping, with freshness, acidity and a saline mineral finish. Produced without wood in Ukraine’s Odesa region, the wine is bottled at eleven and a half percent alcohol.

The wine undergoes full fermentation and is bottled at thirteen percent alcohol.
