Slovak Sparkling
Flowers, spice, pear, apricot, quince, lemon and mineral notes accompany delicate bubbles and a creamy texture. The sparkling palate is fresh and lively. Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Gris and Moravian Muscat form the white sparkling blend. Refermentation takes place in bottle, and the wine records eleven percent alcohol. Total sulphites are reported below ten milligrams per litre.

Frankovka Modrá makes up about sixty percent of the blend, with thirty percent Cabernet Sauvignon and ten percent Alibernet. Grapes are grown in organic vineyards with biodynamic practices on calcium-rich loess soils at 200 metres with southwest exposure. Fermentation uses no selected yeast, enzymes or other additives. The wine is neither fined nor filtered, contains twelve percent alcohol and has twenty-four milligrams per litre of total sulfur.

Slovak Red
Cranberry and sage appear in a bright red with soft, silky texture and a lightly funky note. Made entirely from Frankovka Modrá, the wine comes from the Lopata vineyard in Slovakia's Small Carpathians. Fermentation on the skins lasts four weeks, followed by at least eighteen months in oak. Selected barrels are bottled without fining or filtration, and the wine contains thirteen percent alcohol.

Frankovka Modrá grows on a gently sloping site. Mud and loam cover the surface, while the soil is rich in calcium and contains limestone. Cherry and dark berries appear in the fruit-led profile. The wine is medium-bodied, with layered aromas, firm tannin structure and slightly angular acidity. The variety is also known as Blaufränkisch, and the alcohol level is thirteen percent.

Raspberry and cherry fruit appear with floral character, balance and supple green, sappy hints. The wine is made from Blaufränkisch and spent two years in barrel. It is fresh, medium-bodied and medium-tannic, with fruit, spice and mineral character. This dry red comes from Svätý Jur in Slovakia, and the Magnum format contains 1.5 litres.

Ripe creamy yellow fruit, citrus, spice and dried herbs appear with honey and rose-petal nuances. The profile is dry, medium-bodied and lively, with freshness, juiciness, integrated acidity and fine tannins. Welschriesling, Grüner Veltliner, Roter Traminer and Roter Sylvaner fermented separately on their skins with stems. After pressing, the wine spent one year on fine lees in neutral acacia and oak barrels.

A full, balanced malt profile gives the palate weight and definition, while the finish remains refreshing and cleanly shaped by hops. Serve cold with roast pork, grilled sausages, schnitzel, fried fish, potato pancakes, pretzels or firm mild cheeses.

Bright and malt-led, with fresh grain, light bread and a restrained touch of honeyed sweetness. The palate is smooth and moderately full, balanced by clean bitterness and a gently herbal hop note. Crisp enough for easy drinking yet substantial through the finish, it pairs naturally with grilled sausages, roast chicken, fried snacks or aged cheese.
