Grapes are grown in organic vineyards with biodynamic practices on calcium-rich loess soils at 200 metres with southwest exposure. Fermentation uses no selected yeast, enzymes or other additives. The wine is neither fined nor filtered, contains twelve percent alcohol and has twenty-four milligrams per litre of total sulfur.

Selected barrels are bottled without fining or filtration, and the wine contains thirteen percent alcohol.
