Heritage apricots from Western Serbia and Šumadija are fermented before distillation to preserve their aromatic character, then the spirit rests for a year in barrel. The palate is smooth and balanced, combining natural fruit sweetness with a firmer oak frame and a subtle almond-like warmth. Fresh apricot returns on the finish, joined by soft spice and a clean, lingering fruit note. Serve neat as a digestif at cool room temperature.
