Cartuxa 2018 Pera Manca Tinto
Deep violet hue with ruby undertones, this wine exudes ripe aromas of luscious fruits accompanied by hints of vanilla. Its exuberant tannins seamlessly blend with the sweet notes of ripe fruit and intense floral aromas, creating perfect harmony. It ends with a powerful finish bursting with freshness.
Blandys 1968 Sercial Madeira
"The Blandys established themselves on Madeira in 1811 and are now in charge of the Madeira Wine Company. Aged for 49 years in seasoned American oak casks before bottling in 2017, this wine is mid-deep amber in colour with an olive-green glint. Fine, lifted woodsmoke characters on the nose are redolent of autumn leaves and bonfires. It has crystallised fruit on the palate with rapier-like power and intensity. The hint of sweetness (59g/l residual sugar) is offset by a streak of acidity, leading to a mouthwateringly fresh greengage finish yielding to a touch of savoury complexity. A wine that sings contralto from the glass." - 99 points Decanter

Graham's Vintage 1983 is a sweet fortified wine considered to be a muscular wine, powerful and age worthy. Black fruit mingles with spice, mint and eucalyptus notes that cause a delicious burst of flavours in the mouth. Purplish-black colour in the glass, balanced, with silky tannins lead to a long, lingering finish.
Treat yourself to a big bottle of this delicacy for a dinner party or Christmas dinner.
Fonseca 1970 Finest Vintage Port
"Fonseca 1970 was the finest bottle I have encountered. The bouquet opens beautifully with heady scents of clove, ginger, small red cherries, bergamot and allspice, displaying exquisite definition and harmony. The palate follows suit with lovely balance and poise in the mouth, notes of kirsch, shaved ginger and walnut building to an opulent, viscous finish that lacquers the mouth. Yet this bottle shows more control than the bottle tasted four years ago." - Robert Parker 95 points
Graham’S 1985 Vintage Port
Sao Joao 1966 Velhissima Aguardiente
Deeply complex and beautifully evolved, this venerable spirit opens with layers of toasted almond, orange peel, caramel and polished wood. The palate is rich yet remarkably lifted, showing dried fig, baking spice and hints of tobacco, carried by a silky texture and integrated warmth. Long, contemplative and refined, with a lingering finish that speaks to decades of careful ageing.
