Yecla

Ripe red fruit, date, raspberry and wild fruit meet nutmeg, black pepper, clove and oak. The wine is dry and medium-bodied, with present acidity, a generous palate and a soft, round texture. Cabernet Sauvignon is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel and spends several months in oak. It comes from Spain’s Yecla area and is produced as a kosher wine.
