White Bluffs AVA

The profile includes citrus, crisp green apple, tropical fruit and a mineral finish. Candied lemon and pink grapefruit add further detail, while the texture is ripe and round. Made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc, the fruit comes from vineyards in Washington’s Horse Heaven Hills and White Bluffs areas. The wine is made in British Columbia. Seafood, goat cheese and Caesar salad are suggested pairings.
