Wahluke Slope AVA

Gooseberry, lemongrass, lime, grapefruit, green pepper and passion fruit appear in a vibrant, zippy profile. The wine is nearly medium-bodied with subtle texture. Sauvignon Blanc came from Rosebud and Talcott vineyards in Washington’s Wahluke Slope. Fermentation took place in stainless steel, followed by four months in a combination of eighty-nine percent stainless steel and eleven percent seasoned barriques. The finished wine is bone dry.
