Vin Santo del Chianti

Dried cherry, fig and date open into walnut, caramel and warm baking spice. The palate is rich and softly viscous, with mature savoury depth balancing the concentrated sweetness. A fine line of acidity keeps the finish composed and persistent. Serve in a small pour with almond biscotti, aged pecorino or a simple nut tart.
