Vin Santo del Chianti Classico

A concentrated Tuscan Vin Santo with dried apricot, citrus peel, toasted nuts and warm spice. Fresh acidity lifts the sweetness and leaves a long, gently savoury finish.

Warm amber tones frame a complex bouquet of cherry liqueur, dried fruit and balsamic herbs. The palate is velvety and fresh, layering melted caramel and hazelnut with mint, flowers and gentle spice.
