Vermouth di Torino

Amber-hued and fragrant, with chamomile, soft floral tones and honeyed citrus layered over a gently vinous core. Wormwood and savoury herbs give the palate definition, balancing its rounded sweetness with a clean, persistent bitterness. The finish is composed, aromatic and lightly spiced. Serve chilled over ice with a lemon twist, add tonic for a longer aperitif, or pair with olives, cured meats, hard cheese or roasted almonds.
