VdlT Castilla

Wildflowers, spiced fruit, violets, cherry and blueberry accompany fresh earth and an earthy umami note. Graciano accounts for seventy percent of the blend, with thirty percent Tempranillo. Fruit from clay-limestone soils is harvested by hand in small boxes. Maceration lasts eighteen days, native yeasts carry out fermentation, and maturation lasts twenty-four months in stainless steel. The wine is unfined and unfiltered, with no added sulphites.
