French Red
Dark, deep colour accompanies jammed black fruit, including blackcurrant and blueberry, with grilled notes and dried flowers. The cuvée is built around Cabernet Sauvignon with Serine and Syrah. Its firm, deep and dense character is paired with elegance and a long finish. The wine comes from Vaucluse and is intended to integrate after bottling. Black fruit and dried-flower notes share its dark presentation.
Chêne Bleu 2018 Aliot IGP Vaucluse
French White
Bright golden yellow colour accompanies toasted honey, brioche, pear and candied lemon. The palate is fresh, refined, mineral and smooth, with yellow fruit and lemon zest, followed by a long mineral finish. The blend is 65% Roussanne, 30% Grenache Blanc, 5% Marsanne and a touch of Viognier. It spent eight months in 500-litre oak demi-muids.
