Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore DOC

Blackberry, blackcurrant, spice, pepper and leather accompany a deep ruby colour. The palate is smooth and viscous, with acidity and alcohol in balance. The blend combines Corvina, Rondinella and Oseleta. A second fermentation takes place on Amarone lees. Ageing includes six months in tank, eighteen months in French Allier tonneaux and six months in bottle.
