Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG

Bright straw colour and fine, persistent mousse accompany white pepper, nutmeg, candied fruit and floral notes. The palate has mouth-filling mousse, acidity and a lingering finish. Glera comes from old vines in Valdobbiadene, including century-old material and selected old clones. Wisteria, rose, pear, gooseberry and lime are also present, alongside peach and white fruit. Alcohol is eleven and a half percent.
