Deep ruby colour accompanies cherries in spirit, dried flowers, tobacco, liquorice and sweet spice. The palate is full, austere and soft, with balance and dense, integrated tannins. Made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine spends eighteen months in French oak and another ten months in bottle. It comes from Trentino and contains 13.5 percent alcohol.

Golden yellow in colour, with fresh fruit and subtle lime and apple notes. Ripe pear and chamomile add further detail. The texture is soft and refined, with fresh acidity. Made entirely from Pinot Grigio, the wine comes from Trentino in northern Italy and contains 12.5 percent alcohol. The dry style suits grilled fish or herb dumplings.
