Enate 2021 Cabernet-Merlot 500 mL
Spanish Red
A generous Cabernet and Merlot blend with ripe red fruit, dried apricot and balsamic notes, followed by clove, eucalyptus, toast and cocoa. The palate is full-bodied and layered, with silky tannins giving the fruit and spice a polished frame. Long and savoury on the finish, it works well with grilled beef, lamb, smoky vegetables or firm cheese.
Enate 2020 Crianza Tempranillo Cabernet Sauvignon
Spanish Red
The colour is dark Bordeaux red with bluish reflections. Tempranillo forms seventy percent of the blend, with thirty percent Cabernet Sauvignon. Red fruit, spice and smoke accompany coffee, chocolate, mineral and caramel notes. The wine spent nine months in oak. Its structure is smooth and fleshy, with balanced tannins. A long finish includes fine toasted notes. The wine comes from Somontano in Aragón.

Spanish White
Green apple, ripe peach and fennel lead, with guava and passion fruit adding an exotic lift over a subtle mineral background. Full and gently unctuous, the palate remains clean and fresh through lively acidity. A lightly honeyed finish lingers without feeling heavy. Serve with pasta, white meat, fish or shellfish.
