Salice Salentino DOC

Ripe plum, blackberry and blackcurrant lead, joined by leather and sweet violet. Full-bodied without feeling heavy, the palate is rich and composed, with silky tannins carrying the dark fruit into a lingering close. Licorice and coffee add savoury depth to the finish. Serve with braised beef, roast lamb, eggplant parmigiana or tomato-based pasta.
