Rosso del Veronese IGT

Fresh berry fruit is joined by dried fruit, herbs and developed savoury notes. The palate is broad and firmly structured, with a long finish. Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara form the blend. Production uses double fermentation: a young base wine is refermented with partially dried grapes. The resulting red retains fresh fruit alongside the fuller profile associated with the appassimento method.
