Reggiano DOC

Intense ruby colour accompanies fresh red fruit, strawberry, raspberry and cherry. The palate is dry and fruity, with a rounded, fresh character and lively balance between acidity and tannins. Made from Lambrusco Salamino in Reggio Emilia, this organic frizzante ferments in stainless-steel tanks. The wine contains 11.5 percent alcohol and is intended to be enjoyed young.

Wild strawberry and crushed raspberry meet soft florals and a bright hint of citrus. Fine persistent bubbles give the palate a creamy lift, while fresh acidity keeps the delicate red fruit precise. Dry, taut and harmonious, it closes with restrained bread-crust complexity and a clean, elegant finish.
