Puligny-Montrachet

Pale lemon-lime in the glass, with a restrained citrus nose that opens gradually. The palate is precise and refined, combining Granny Smith apple, wet-stone minerality and a fine line of acidity. Middleweight and persistent, it carries measured richness without losing its clean, animated shape. Give it a little air, then serve with scallops, roast poultry or creamy cheeses.

Crisp white peach, orange oil, spring blossom and freshly baked bread appear in the profile. The Chardonnay is medium- to full-bodied, bright and layered, with lively, precise character and chalky extract. Clementine and ginger are also present, while the wine is vibrant and concentrated. This white Burgundy comes from Puligny-Montrachet in the Côte de Beaune.
