Pouilly-Vinzelles

White and yellow peach, citrus confit and a floral element accompany succulent, dense flavours with energy, acidity and length. This medium-bodied white is made entirely from Chardonnay. Young vines on the lower slopes of Les Quarts grow in deeper soils. Minimal sulphur additions form part of the Zen regime used for this cuvée from Pouilly-Vinzelles in Burgundy.
