Plan de Dieu

Robust and sun-warmed, with blackberry, black plum and black cherry layered with Provençal herbs, cracked pepper, liquorice and dried earth. The palate is full and rounded, its ripe dark fruit framed by firm tannins, savoury spice and a stony mineral pull. A warm, persistent finish makes it a natural match for grilled lamb, braised beef, sausages or hard cheese.
