Pineau des Charentes
Pineau des Charentes
Château de Beaulon Pineau des Charentes Blanc 5 Years
White flowers, honey, vanilla, mandarin and dried apricot define this fine, fresh and fruity fortified white. The blend is eighty percent Semillon and twenty percent Sauvignon Blanc, combined with Cognac eau-de-vie from the same estate. The youngest component spends five years in oak casks. Supple maturity accompanies the fruit, and the wine has eighteen percent alcohol.
Château d’Orignac Pineau des Charentes NV
Apricot, yellow fruit, honey, raisins, spice, flowers and orange shape the profile, with a sweet yet refreshing palate. The blend is sixty percent Merlot and forty percent Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine matures for at least five years in 225-litre French oak barrels. Golden and amber tones are present, and alcohol is eighteen percent. The grapes come from Fins Bois.
Vaudon Pineau des Charentes Blanc
Golden amber in the glass, with a rich, rounded bouquet of dried fig, vine blossom and vanilla. Floral notes, honeyed sweetness and almond shape the smooth palate, while a gentle freshness keeps the finish balanced and composed. Serve well chilled as an aperitif, with fruit-based desserts or alongside blue cheese.
