Pebble Lane Chardonnay
American White
Bright citrus and red apple aromas carry vanilla and butterscotch notes. The palate adds fresh pear and lively tropical fruit in a soft, medium-bodied profile. Crisp acidity, bright fruit and subtle oak remain in balance. The grapes come from sustainably certified estate vineyards in northern Monterey County. Whole clusters are pressed, cold-fermented in stainless steel and aged in French oak for eight months.

Ripe pineapple, white peach, crushed white pepper, honeysuckle and pineapple rind form the aromatic profile. Baked apple and brioche add further detail. The medium-bodied palate includes peaches, Asian pear and cantaloupe, with a sumptuous mouthfeel and a long finish. The fruit comes from Monterey County on California's Central Coast. This dry white is made from Chardonnay.
Poppy 2016 Monterey County Pinot Noir
American Red
Red fruit brightens the palate, joined by raspberry and spice, while toasted French oak appears in the aromas. The texture is soft and silky through the middle, supported by proper acidity. A juicy fruit impression remains through the finish. Pinot Noir comes from Monterey on California's Central Coast, and the dry red carries 13.85 percent alcohol.
