Montefalco Rosso DOC

Ruby red in colour, with cherry and wild-berry aromas. The palate is dry, balanced and well structured, with freshness from Sangiovese. The varieties are vinified separately, spending about two to three weeks on the skins before blending. Maturation lasts at least nine months in large oak casks, followed by static clarification in concrete tanks. The blend contains Sangiovese, Montepulciano and a local black grape.
