A smooth texture carries the Cabernet through a balanced finish, where savoury spice and gentle oak detail linger behind the fruit.

Dark berries and tobacco lead with concentrated depth and a bright line of acidity. Layers of fruit and savoury detail unfold across the palate, supported by medium tannins and a richly textured feel. The structure stays composed through a long finish, making the Zinfandel a natural match for grilled meats, roasted vegetables or charcuterie.
