Languedoc AOP
Gérard Bertrand 2024 Hampton Water Rosé
French Rosé
Pale pink in colour, the wine brings together red-fruit, citrus and spice notes with minerality, freshness and intensity. Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre and Syrah are harvested separately. The fruit is destemmed, cooled and pressed, then fermented for fifteen to more than thirty days. A portion of the wine is handled in barrel before the final blend is assembled.
Puech-Haut 2022 Prestige Blanc
French White
Ripe pear, white peach and citrus lead, with floral notes and a gentle honeyed accent adding depth. The palate is broad yet fresh, balancing the rounded texture of Roussanne and Marsanne with clean acidity and a subtle mineral line. Soft spice carries through the composed finish, making this polished southern French white well suited to roast chicken, shellfish or creamy vegetable dishes.
Chateau Puech-Haut 2021 Prestige Languedoc Rouge
French Red
Blackberry, dried red cherry, strawberry and huckleberry lead a generous mix of red and dark fruit. The palate is concentrated and full without losing freshness, with lightly grippy tannins carrying the fruit into a firm, persistent finish. Serve slightly cool with grilled duck, roast lamb, a well-seared rib steak or a board of mature cheeses.
