Jerez-Xérès-Sherry VORS

Dense ebony in colour, this very old Pedro Ximénez layers raisin, fig, roasted coffee and warm spice. The palate is intensely sweet yet fresh and silky, with concentrated dried-fruit flavour and a long, enveloping finish. Made from sun-dried Pedro Ximénez and aged for an average of 30 years in American oak through the criaderas and solera system, it suits dark chocolate, vanilla ice cream or acidic fruit.
